I might end up doing some more tweaking on this. I think the glass could look better and I’m not in love with how the liquid pours into the glass, it needs a bit more randomness. For now, this looks pretty good to me.
I had a few people ask me what tools I use to create the craft beer video podcast I do with Ken Hunnemeder. Ken and I have been doing the podcast for a little over a year now and we have pretty much been using the same set up. There is no secret to getting a podcast off the ground. One great thing about podcasting is that you can do it without having a huge set up. In this video I go over the five main tools we use; a Canon HDV camera, iPhone, Blue Mikey, Flip HD & a Digital SLR. There are a lot of tools that can make podcasting easier and give you higher quality, but this is the setup the has been working rather well for us. I like to keep the kit rather small, it makes it easier to be mobile for when we’re going to interview brewers or going to festivals.
